Tournament Format
Round robin is the fairest tournament format. Every team plays every other team in their pool — no one-and-done eliminations. Every game matters, and every team is guaranteed multiple matchups before advancing to the championship bracket.
Every team is placed into a pool within their division. Each team plays every other team in their pool once — guaranteeing a minimum of 3 games before any elimination round. No team goes home after one loss.
Pool standings are determined by: 1) Win/Loss record (Win = 3 pts, Tie = 1 pt, Loss = 0 pts), 2) Point differential (capped at +/- 20 per game), 3) Points allowed, 4) Head-to-head result, 5) Coin flip. Top 2 teams from each pool advance to the championship bracket.
After pool play, top teams advance to a single-elimination championship bracket. Quarterfinals → Semifinals → Championship. Seeds are set by pool play standings. The bracket is posted immediately after pool play ends.

Full Refund
Requested before October 24, 2026 (registration deadline). Full team refund, no questions asked.
50% Refund
Requested between October 24 and November 1, 2026. Half the registration fee is returned.
No Refund
After November 1, 2026. No exceptions. Teams may substitute players up to 24 hours before tournament day.
